Panels and trays held as standard
These are the formats we build most often. All 1U, rack-mounting. Pricing is on application because it depends on ways, coupler type and whether you want the panel pre-terminated.

Nothing above matches? That’s usually the starting point
Most of what leaves our factory is a variation on a standard panel. Because the design and metalwork are done in-house, a one-off is a normal order rather than a special favour.
- Mixed presentation formats on one panel, to make better use of cabinet space
- Splitter panels — including a recent 48-way E2000/APC build using 3D-printed internals to keep 900µm fibre identifiable
- Non-standard sizes and shapes, 19" or ETSI
- Pre-cabled “plug and play” panels supplied with pre-terminated assemblies, so upgrades need no tooling on site
- Compatible replacements for obsolete panels, keeping site standards consistent
- Full installation kits — panels, brackets, cables and fixings picked and delivered together
Six details and we can quote
You don’t need a drawing. If you know these, we can price it — and we’ll tell you if a stock item already does the job.
- Ways — how many fibres need presenting
- Connector and polish — LC, SC, E2000, ST, FC; UPC or APC
- Simplex or duplex
- Panel or tray — fixed face, sliding, or pivot for rear access
- Loaded, unloaded or pre-terminated — couplers only, or cabled and tested before it ships
- Quantity and required date, including any phased rollout

Fibre panel FAQs
Why isn’t there a price on the website?
The same panel varies widely in price depending on ways, coupler type, polish and whether it arrives bare or fully terminated and tested. Rather than publish a figure that’s wrong for most orders, we quote against your actual spec.
What’s the difference between a fibre panel and a fibre tray?
A fixed panel presents the connectors on the front face and is accessed from the rear of the cabinet. A tray slides or pivots out, letting you reach the splice area and slack storage from the front — useful where rear access is restricted or you expect to make changes.
Can you supply panels already terminated?
Yes. Pre-cabled panels ship with the fibre assemblies already fitted and tested, so installation is a case of racking the unit and connecting through. That removes on-site termination time and the need for splicing kit at every location — worth doing on multi-site rollouts.
Can you match a panel that’s been discontinued?
Often, yes. We get a steady stream of requests for panels, brackets and mounting rails no longer supported by the original supplier. With in-house design and manufacturing we can produce a compatible equivalent so the site standard stays consistent. Send a photo and the rack dimensions to start.
Do you supply small quantities?
Yes — from a single panel to a full project rollout. One-offs and prototype builds are routine work for us.
Tell us the ways, the connector and the date
We’ll come back with a price and confirm whether it’s a stock item or a build. If it turns out you need something other than a panel, we’ll say so.
